Summer course

Hi all,

I hope you're feeling a sense of lightness as we embrace the Summer months ahead!

If the past year has taught me anything, it's that it is most definitely possible to teach authentic yoga online in a meaningful way. It's been great to meet lots of new students and reconnect with those of you whom I hadn't seen for many years. Our physical prowess may change over the years but what we are looking for in a spiritual practice is transformation as opposed to perfection in yoga asanas. The beauty of the vinyasa system in Ashtanga is that we can modify accordingly for all different ages and levels. All you need is the willingness to learn how to live in the present, one moment and one breath at a time...

I'll be teaching a new Ashtanga Basics Course starting on June 2nd for anyone brand new to the practice or those looking to return to their practice after a break. The sessions will be held on Monday and Wednesday mornings from 7.15am-8.15am over 4 weeks. We will cover the basic fundamental poses with modifications available for all different levels in a simplified and easy to digest format. There will also be Pranayama/Breathwork practices, leaving you feeling fully rejuvenated for the day ahead!
