new summer course

Hi all,

I'm delighted to add a new course to our Summer morning schedule!

The new Ashtanga Basics & Breathwork Course is designed to help you take the struggle out of your practice and find the ease you're looking for both on and off the mat. Each session will cover the basic fundamental poses with modifications available for all different levels. There will also be Pranayama/Breathwork practices, leaving you feeling fully rejuvenated for the day ahead. Whether you're brand new to Ashtanga or looking for a new way to approach your daily practice, this course is ideal for you!

The sessions will be held on Monday and Wednesday mornings from 7.15am-8.15am over 4 weeks. Recordings will be available if you're unable to attend the live sessions and you can find details on how to book your space HERE.
