Gillian will tailor a private one to one class to suit your individual level and needs, whether it be fundamental points of alignment, yogic breathwork practices or a specific condition such as recovery from an injury or illness.

Corporate Courses

Gillian is a corporate wellness ambassador and has successfully completed the Workplace Wellness Programme Training Certificate with Workplace Wellbeing Ireland.

She works with a large variety of organisations offering tailored yoga courses as part of their overall wellness programmes, including online courses for remote working. These courses are specifically tailored for each group with a thorough and down to earth introduction to yoga. At the end of each course, employees will have developed a strong foundation in yoga postures and deep breathwork techniques. These tools are invaluable to improve the overall health and wellbeing of your staff.
