Saturday: 9.00-10.30.00AM: Led Primary Class * Monthly Yoga Philosophy Lifestyle and Lifestyle Lecture from 10.30-11.00AM


Mysore Style Classes:

The most traditional and effective method for learning Ashtanga, originating at the source in Mysore. The teacher works one-to-one with each student, guiding you through the Ashtanga Yoga system tailored to your individual level. The experience is like having a private lesson in a group setting. Ideal for all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis. You will receive lots of personalised guidance and you will never be out of your depth under the guidance of Gillian.

Led Primary Classes:

This is a dynamic and fast paced class including the traditional Sanskrit counted full primary series. This class is not suitable for complete beginners although modifications are provided for those with some previous experience.

Limited number of students to ensure personalised guidance.
