diwali festival

Hi all,

This is such a special time of year as we celebrate the Hindu festival of Diwali; commonly known as the festival of light in India. The direct translation is literally a row of lights but the true meaning of this festival, it's rituals and the reason for celebration runs deeper than candles and fireworks. It's a time filled with light and love bringing us from the darkness to the light.

I have such fond memories of Diwali celebrations down through all my years living in Mysore. Perhaps I can't be there right now but I'll continue to light copious amounts of candles and to keep my inner light shining here in Dublin!

Spaces are filling up on the New Year Weekend Retreat from January 14th-16th 2022:

We'll be returning to the peaceful haven of our eco friendly retreat centre deep in the west. It's a stunning location set on 17 acres with miles of trails for walking, cycling and horse riding to ensure you leave feeling fully rejuvenated. We'll also be dining in one of only two certified organic restaurants in Ireland, and the only one in the west!

We'll be keeping the group number small to ensure everyone gets lots of individual attention for your practice. Accommodation is shared en-suite with private room options available - you can find full details on the weekend schedule HERE.

Let me know if you have any questions or if you would like to book your space as it's filling up fast..
