An in-depth exploration of the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa System (breath and movement coordination.) We will be moving through the second half of the Primary Series, including Back Bending techniques and the closing series. There will be a strong focus on key alignment techniques, providing you with concrete information to flow through your practice from one posture to another more fluidly. There will also be a strong focus on how to apply the Tristana method of breath, posture and focal point to train the mind transforming your physical practice into a moving meditation. (Suitable for those already practicing the primary and/or intermediate series.)

Monthly Introductory Mysore Ashtanga workshops
Saturdays from 10.00am – 12.00pm
These monthly workshops are suitable for all levels (including complete beginners) that would like to learn the traditional way to practice Ashtanga Yoga. You will be guided through the correct breathing technique and a series of the basic fundamental postures. You will develop a strong foundation and the confidence to transition into the Mysore classes.
Introductory class plus one month of unlimited classes – €100 or Introductory class alone – €30.
