I’m delighted to be back teaching and to see our Mysore classes so busy!

As most of you already know, I’m deeply passionate about teaching Ashtanga Yoga in its traditional style as I learned it from my teacher in Mysore, India. Mysore style is the best way to learn Ashtanga yoga as memorising the postures allows practitioners to focus internally, which is the real goal of yoga!

Just a gentle reminder that I’ll be back teaching the Tuesday evening class this evening, hence the new evening schedule will be Mysore classes on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 6-8pm.

Bookings are also now open for the next Introductory Workshop on Saturday, October 7th (see below) and there’s one last available slot for weekly private one to one sessions. Feel free to contact me directly to discuss if you’re interested…

Also, don’t forget that it’s a moon day tomorrow, Wednesday, September 6th, hence no morning or evening classes…

Introductory Ashtanga Mysore Workshop
Saturday, October 7th  
10am-12pm

This workshop is suitable for ALL levels (including COMPLETE BEGINNERS) that would like to learn the traditional way to practice Ashtanga Yoga. Ireland’s only full-time Level 2 Authorised teacher, Gillian Mooney will guide you through the correct breathing technique and a series of the basic fundamental postures. You will develop a strong foundation and the confidence to transition into the Mysore classes in a nurturing and safe environment. The cost is €30 for the workshop on its own or avail of a New Students Offer of €100 including the workshop and a FULL MONTH OF UNLIMITED MORING AND EVENING CLASSES to get you started on your Ashtanga journey!
