Just a gentle reminder that it’s a total eclipse next Monday, September 28th. It will be visible in Dublin for those of you that fancy waking up early to view the full eclipse at 03.11am!
As most of you already know, it is the tradition in Ashtanga yoga to rest from yoga asana practice on new and full moon days. Hence, there won’t be any morning or evening mysore classes next Monday.
However, there is the regular full weekend schedule of Led Primary Class this Saturday morning (9.30-11am) and Mysore class on Sunday (9.30am-12pm.)
Looking forward to seeing you at the regular 6.30am Mysore class tomorrow morning or over the weekend!
