It’s great to be back teaching and to see so many of you at the evening Mysore classes! My vision has always been to bring true traditional yoga to my people in modern day Ireland. As most of you know, I’m deeply passionate about teaching Ashtanga yoga in it’s traditional form as I have learned it over my multiple trips to study at the source in Mysore, India. Hence, it’s a real joy to see the evening Mysore classes full of people of all levels and ages benefitting from this transformative practice!

I receive daily emails from people enquiring about teacher training courses.  They obviously don’t know me well as those of you that do know that I’m a purist when it comes to Ashtanga Yoga! The true vision of yoga is often lost through teacher trainings which cost a ridiculous amount of money and a guaranteed certificate. Needless to say, I urge people to save their money and to dedicate themselves to spending many years developing a deep personal practice first. Only then can one tap into the true vision of yoga…

The evening classes are open to all levels so please feel free to contact me if you would like to come and experience the magic of traditional Ashtanga yoga. Many of my students have graciously written testimonials which can help others to see that Ashtanga yoga is for regular people of all ages and from all walks of life.
