A massive thank you to all of you that came along to our workshop with Hamish this weekend! It was so uplifting to hold the space for over 50 Ashtangis flowing through our Shala each morning..

It was particularly inspiring to see such a large group also coming to the Philosophy session. It’s easy for us all to get caught up in the physical form of the practice but the true vision of Ashtanga is very far removed from this. Let’s try to remember that the real reason we’re doing this Ashtanga practice is to connect deep inside ourselves and to open our hearts… It’s a real inspiration for me to see our Ashtanga community growing so strongly!

Apologies for the early reminder (I don’t like to bombard you with too many emails) it’s a moon day next Sunday, February 26th, hence no class – enjoy your lie-ins!)

Otherwise, it’s regular early morning, lunchtime and evening classes all week..

See you in the Shala,..
