It’s hard to believe that the Summer holidays are already upon us!
I know that many of you will be away on holidays during the month of August. I’ll also be away teaching our Summer Retreat in Puglia, Italy (and taking a break to explore the beautiful beaches and historical towns of southern Italy!)
The Mysore classes will finish for the Summer this evening and will resume on Monday, September 2nd. The next Introductory Workshop is happening on Saturday, September 7th – beginners are most welcome – see below for booking details and the application process for the 2020 Immersion Course.
Try to maintain your practice during the holidays – try to remember that a little Ashtanga is better than no Ashtanga – consistency is the key to your practice!
Enjoy the holidays and see you at the Mysore classes in September..
