Greetings from Sharath’s European Tour!

As most of you already know, I’m currently practicing with my teacher, R. Sharath Jois, the living Guru of Ashtanga yoga. It’s always an amazing (albeit very intense!) experience for me to be back on my mat with my teacher and peers from around the world. It’s an integral part of my role as a teacher to continuously reconnect with my teacher for my own practice but more importantly, to enable me to share the teachings as deeply as possible with all of you.

Louise, Meg, and Rory are covering the classes in my absence so you’ll all be in excellent hands until I return fully rejuvenated!

Spaces are filling up fast for my next Introductory Workshop on Saturday, September 2nd. It’s an ideal opportunity for anyone looking to get started on their yoga journey or coming back to the mat after a break (see full details below.) However, you don’t need to wait until then if you would like to get started sooner, just send me an email and we’ll arrange to get you started as soon as possible…

Also, don’t forget that it’s a moon day next Monday, August 21st, hence no mysore classes.

Otherwise, all classes are running as usual…

See you at the shala,

Gillian x
