I hope you all enjoyed a wonderful Summer! I’ve just returned from an extended break practicing with my teacher from India and feeling fully recharged with the Mysore energy direct from the source – I’m excited to be back teaching!
Just a gentle reminder that the Tuesday evening class will re-start from next Tuesday, September 5th, hence the new evening schedule will be Mysore classes on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 6-8pm. I’ll be teaching all the evening classes and all levels are welcome, including complete beginners. All you need to do is to email me beforehand to arrange a suitable start time for your first class.
There are two last spaces on the Introductory Workshop next Saturday, September 2nd from 10am-12pm. This workshop is an ideal opportunity for both beginners and anyone coming back to the mat after a break. All levels are welcome and it includes a month of classes to get you started on your Ashtanga journey (see below for booking details..)

Introductory Ashtanga Mysore Workshop
Saturday, September 2nd
This workshop is suitable for ALL levels (including COMPLETE BEGINNERS) that would like to learn the traditional way to practice Ashtanga Yoga. Ireland’s only full-time Level 2 Authorised teacher, Gillian Mooney will guide you through the correct breathing technique and a series of the basic fundamental postures. You will develop a strong foundation and the confidence to transition into the Mysore classes in a nurturing and safe environment. The cost is €30 for the workshop on its own or avail of a New Students Offer of €100 including the workshop and a FULL MONTH OF UNLIMITED MORING AND EVENING CLASSES to get you started on your Ashtanga journey!
