I’m delighted to be back home in Dublin after an intense few months of study with my teacher in Mysore, India. I’m feeling fully rejuvenated coming straight from the source of Ashtanga Yoga and looking forward to start teaching again!

I’m keen to continue teaching in my usual centrally located Dublin 2 area where I’ve been teaching for over a decade. Due to soaring city centre rents, it’s been difficult to find a venue in the area with availability.

However, I’m delighted to have secured a beautiful purpose built yoga studio for  evening Mysore Classes from 6-8pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays from September 4th. The studio is called Lotus Yoga located on 5 Little Fitzwilliam Place, Dublin 2I’ll be expanding the schedule and I’m on the lookout for a venue with availability on Monday and Wednesday evenings as well.

I’m really looking forward to seeing my regular students and beginners are also most welcome. All you need to do is to contact me beforehand so that we can arrange a suitable time for you to get started on your Ashtanga journey. I’m also available for private one to one sessions and group corporate classes. Let me know if you would like to arrange a tailored class to suit your individual or group needs.

There are two last spaces available on the upcoming Weekend Retreat from September 21st-23rd. Our bespoke Weekend Retreats are the perfect combination of traditional Ashtanga yoga, guided hikes in magical Glendalough and the Glenmalure Valley and delicious vegetarian food (see full weekend schedule below.) I’ll be keeping the group small to ensure lots of individual attention so let me know if you would like to book.

Weekend Retreat in Mucklagh Lodge, Wicklow from September 21st to 23rd

Escape for a weekend of Ashtanga yoga, guided mountain hikes and amazing organic vegetarian food deep in the Wicklow woods. This weekend retreat will be a deep immersion in traditional Ashtanga yoga consisting of morning Mysore style classes, afternoon hikes in Glendalough and the Glenmalure Valley with our mountain guide, Rory and evening guided meditation classes. The retreat centre is a peaceful haven with shared en-suite accommodation and delicious organic vegetarian food.
