It’s great to see so many of you rolling out your mats at our daily early morning and evening Mysore classes!

Many people are uncertain where to begin when starting on their yoga journey, hence we have lots of different options to help our people decide…

Our Introductory Courses welcome complete beginners and have you practicing yoga postures and learning how to breath correctly right away. You will learn everything you need to know to feel comfortable to attend our daily morning and evening yoga classes.

Alternatively, beginners are welcome to start at the daily Mysore classes. All you need to do is contact us beforehand to arrange a suitable time for you to begin. This way, you are guaranteed to have plenty of one-on-one attention!

Our new lunchtime classes are also proving very popular and the next 6 week Lunchtime Course is starting next Monday 16th and Wednesday 18th from 1.05-1.50pm.

Spaces are also filling up for the next Tuesday Evening Introductory Course starting on September 6th and the next Introductory Mysore Workshop on Saturday, September 3rd.

New Lunchtime Course

Monday August 16th & Wednesday August 18th
6 Week Course from 15th August-21st September

Mondays: 1.05-1.50pm

Beginners: This 45-minute class is suitable for anyone who wants to learn traditional Ashtanga yoga. You will receive concrete tools on how to work with the vinyasa (co-ordinated breath with movement) count for the poses in the first part of the sequence. Over the 6 week course you will develop a strong foundation in the Ashtanga yoga system as it is traditionally practiced. These lunchtime sessions are the perfect mid-day treat!

Wednesdays: 1.05-1.50pm

Improvers: This 45-minute class is suitable for anyone who wants to deepen their practice of traditionalAshtanga yoga. Those with some experience of Ashtanga will refine the correct breathing technique. You will receive more concrete tools as to how to work with the vinyasa (co-ordinated breath with movement) count for the primary series.

Investment: €60 x 1 weekly or €115 x 2 weekly.

Introductory Mysore Workshop

Saturday, September 3rd (12-2.30pm)

This workshop is suitable for all levels (including complete beginners) that would like to learn the traditional way to practice Ashtanga Yoga. You will be guided through the correct breathing technique and a series of the basic fundamental postures. You will develop a strong foundation and the confidence to transition into the Mysore classes.

Investment: €35 for the workshop on its own or avail of a New Students Offer of €100 (Includes Mon-Fri morning and evening classes & reduced rate of €16 for Saturday & Sunday classes)

Tuesday Evening Introductory Course commencing September 6th

8 week course from September 6th – October 18th

6.15pm – 7.45pm

This course is suitable for all levels, including complete beginners. You will learn the correct breathing technique and the basic fundamental postures. You will receive concrete information and tools as to how to work with the correct vinyasa (co-ordinated breath with movement) count. Over the 8 week course you will develop a strong foundation in the Ashtanga yoga system and develop the confidence to transition into the Mysore classes.

Investment: €120 for full 8 week course.
