It’s hard to believe that the Celtic new year, Samhain is almost upon us!

Many of you have been asking me to extend the evening classes for the Winter months, so there will be an earlier start time of 5.30pm to facilitate those of you leaving work/college earlier. Our new Winter evening schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 5.30pm-8pm will start on November 1st – enjoy!

As you all know, the Shala is a peaceful sanctuary in the heart of the city and I would like to offer it for rental use. It would be ideally suited to someone looking to rent a space for weekends on a long-term basis. It’s also available to rent outside the scheduled class times on weekdays. If you’re interested in renting the space or know anyone that might be, feel free to contact me for full details on rental rates etc.

Just a gentle reminder that we’ll be closed next Monday, October 30th due to the Bank Holiday. Otherwise, I’m teaching all the classes and look forward to seeing you on your mats!

This weekend will be a deep immersion in traditional Ashtanga yoga consisting of morning mysore style classes, afternoon workshops and evening guided meditation classes. The retreat centre is nested in a valley on the high hills on the Wicklow Wexford border less than an hour from Dublin.It’s a peaceful haven with many walks and woodlands nearby including delicious organic vegetarian food and shared en-suite accommodation.
