I hope you’re all enjoying these glorious first days of Summer!

It’s inspiring to see so many of you coming to the early morning mysore classes – it’s so much easier to get up on these bright Summer mornings! The Summer schedule will continue with Mysore classes every morning and I’ll continue teaching evening Mysore classes from 6-8pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We’ll be taking a break from the Thursday evening led class for the Summer months.

I’ll also be teaching an Introductory Workshop next Saturday, May 6th from 10am-12pm. It’s suitable for complete beginners or anyone interested in coming back to the mat after a break.. (see below for details..)

Introductory Ashtanga Mysore Workshop
Saturday, May 6th 10am-12pm

This monthly workshop is suitable for all levels (including complete beginners) that would like to learn the traditional way to practice Ashtanga Yoga. You will be guided through the correct breathing technique and a series of the basic fundamental postures. You will develop a strong foundation and the confidence to transition into the Mysore classes.

  • Introductory class plus one month of unlimited classes – €100
  • or Introductory class alone – €30.
