We’re loving the Summer sunshine streaming through the Shala on these beautiful Summer mornings!

It’s great to see so many of you coming to the early morning Mysore classes and we’ll be continuing with our full 7 days a week early morning, lunchtime and evening classes throughout the Summer months..

Our next Introductory Workshop is happening this Saturday, June 4th (12-2.30pm.) It’s the ideal opportunity for both beginners and anyone interested in coming back to the mat after a break. The workshop includes a month of classes to get you started for the Summer..

We’ll be open as usual this Saturday, June 4th for Led Primary Class (9.30-11am.) Please try to come to weekly led class as it’s really beneficial to help you to refine your regular self practice – it’s also a very focused and powerful class practicing in unison with one another.. come!

We’ll be closed next Sunday, June 5th (moon day) and Monday, June 6th (Bank Holiday.) Apologies as I know that Sunday is one of our busiest mornings, but it’s important that we honour the tradition of taking rest on moon days.

However, I’ll make it up to you all the following Sunday, June 12th – we’ll be having Chai and a Conference after the regular Sunday Mysore class. This will be an opportunity for you to ask questions in an open forum and I would like to share some nuggets of wisdom about the true vision of the practice with you all….

See you at the Shala,

Gillian x
