I hope you’re all enjoying the Summer sunshine!
Just a gentle reminder that I will be practicing with my teacher from India on his European tour over the coming weeks. The last Mysore class will be this evening and we will re-start on Monday, July 22nd. As most of you already know, I’m passionate about continuing my ongoing studies with my teacher. My connection with the living master of Ashtanga yoga is an integral part of my own personal journey and an invaluable investment to enable me to teach as authentically as possible. I will return fully rejuvenated with the Mysore energy for all my inspiring students!
