It’s hard to believe that July is almost upon us! As always, it’s great to see so many of you coming to the morning and evening Mysore classes over the Summer months…. many of you have been asking me to teach additional workshops, as much as I would love to my schedule is unfortunately very busy with the 6 days a week Shala classes. However, you are all most welcome to come along to the Introductory Workshop next Saturday, July 1st from 10am – 12pm as we will be focusing on how to deeply connect conscious breath with conscious movement, thus enabling you to become more aware in your practice as your body responds in a more gentle, graceful fluidity.

There are a few last spaces available – all levels are welcome, including complete beginners to get you started on your Ashtanga journey and comfortable to start coming to the regular morning and/or evening Mysore classes.

Introductory Ashtanga Mysore Workshop
Saturday, July 1st 10am-12pm

 
This workshop is suitable for all levels (including complete beginners) that would like to learn the traditional way to practice Ashtanga Yoga. You will be guided through the correct breathing technique and a series of the basic fundamental postures. You will develop a strong foundation and the confidence to transition into the Mysore classes.
 

  • Introductory class plus one month of unlimited classes – €100
  • Introductory class alone – €30.
