My vision is to offer people an authentic learning opportunity to deepen their understanding and approach to the traditional Ashtanga yoga system. These teachings will be offered by myself alongside esteemed Yoga Philosophy and Anatomy lecturers. This Course is now fully booked and I’ll announce the next 2019 Immersion Course date details shortly.
There has also been lots of interest in the upcoming retreats. Treat yourself to one of these bespoke retreats if you feel like truly nourishing yourself! I’ve included lots more details below – let me know if you have any questions and I will be happy to guide you through.
