Just a gentle reminder that I’ll be teaching in Istanbul next week, hence the last class before the holidays will be this Thursday, December 13th. All monthly memberships and class cards will be credited accordingly and the classes will re-start on Tuesday, January 8th 2019.

The Key Principles of Back Bending Workshop
Saturday, February 9th, 2019
10.30am-1pm

An in-depth exploration into the integration of healthy alignment techniques and the development of stamina to stay through the intensity of backbends and front stretches.
We will be moving through core elements of the Primary and the first half of the Intermediate series to help you understand the breakdown and dynamics of developing correctly aligned front stretches and deeper backbends. The dynamic movement mechanics of bending your spine are the key to limitless flows of energy and in this workshop, you will begin to explore your natural potential for backbends and front stretches with safety and support.

Suitable for all levels with some prior experience of the Ashtanga Primary Series.
