I’ve sent out your individual start times for the morning mysore sessions and the afternoon Philosophy/Asana Techniques session will run from 2-4pm on Saturday.

Also, our next Lunchtime Ashtanga Course starts next week on Mondays and Wednesdays (1.05-1.50pm) and drops ins are most welcome..

We’ll be having a bite to eat upstairs in Cornucopia from 6-8pm on Saturday with Hamish – we would love you to join us if you can…

Monday and Wednesday 6 week Lunchtime Course

Mondays from Feb 20th to March 27th and
Wednesdays from Feb 22nd to March 29th

Mondays: 1.05pm – 1.50

Beginners: This 45-minute class is suitable for anyone who wants to learn traditional Ashtanga yoga. You will receive concrete tools on how to work with the vinyasa (co-ordinated breath with movement) count for the poses in the first part of the sequence. Over the 6 week course you will develop a strong foundation in the Ashtanga yoga system as it is traditionally practiced. These lunchtime sessions are the perfect mid-day treat!

Wednesdays: 1.05pm – 1.50pm

Improvers: This 45-minute class is suitable for anyone who wants to deepen their practice of traditionalAshtanga yoga. Those with some experience of Ashtanga will refine the correct breathing technique. You will receive more concrete tools as to how to work with the vinyasa (co-ordinated breath with movement) count for the primary series.
