Early Morning Yoga Classes Dublin
It’s often said that the best time to practice yoga is just before dawn. This is because the mind and the body are fresh and calm, and because the planet is still quiet. Some believe that the electromagnetic waves of the sun create obstacles to practice by raising the energetic currents in the environment and that this is also a good reason to practice before the sun comes up.
But getting up early can be hard to do! However, in our, you are supported by a group of like-minded individuals all waking up early to come to practice together. The real soul of the Ashtanga practice is in the early morning Mysore practice. Initially, it may be a gradual process for many, but slowly practitioners start to reap the benefits of practicing first thing in the morning. It not only sets you up for the day on a physical level but more importantly on a mental level. You will start to experience a deeper clarity and vision in your daily life.
