Mysore style is the traditional way to learn Ashtanga yoga. Classes are suitable for all levels, including complete beginners. You can come anytime from 6pm onwards as long as you are finished your practice by 8pm. Students are taught a sequence of postures through one-on-one instruction. The correct movements, breathing, and other aspects of the practice are learned gradually, in a step-by-step process. Mysore style is the best way to learn Ashtanga yoga as memorising the postures allows practitioners to focus internally, which is the real goal of yoga!
