Just a gentle reminder that I will be practicing with my teacher from India on his European tour over the coming weeks. The last Mysore class will be this evening and we will re-start on Monday, July 22nd. As most of you already know, I’m passionate about continuing my ongoing studies with my teacher.
Ashtanga Yoga is so often misunderstood as a purely physical practice but it can be a deeply healing and transformative practice when correctly understood.
It’s great to our Mysore classes so busy – I’ve been teaching traditional Ashtanga Yoga in modern day Dublin for over a decade and I’m more passionate than ever about incorporating this authentic practice into our everyday lives!
Just a gentle reminder that I’ll be teaching an Introductory Mysore Workshop next Saturday, May 4th from 10.30am-1pm. It’s an ideal opportunity for anyone interested in learning the traditional way to practice Ashtanga yoga.

Our new evening Mysore Programme starts today! Our new venue is an intimate space called ‘Kamra’ (meaning sacred room in Hindi) located above Dublin’s coolest Indian restaurant, Kerala Kitchen.
I’m excited to announce that we will be extending our evening Mysore programme to 4 evenings per week from April 1st! We will be moving to a special new venue only 5 minutes away from where we are currently based.
I’ve been exploring the possibilities to extend our evening Mysore programme for a long time as it has been challenging due to the rental crisis in the city centre. However, I’m delighted to announce that we will be extending our evening Mysore programme shortly.
I’m delighted to be back teaching after an inspiring week of practice with Certified teacher, Hamish Hendry in Astanga Yoga London. It’s an integral part of my duty as a teacher to continuously focus on my own practice and studies in order to teach as authentically as possible.
