It’s great to see so many of you at the evening Mysore classes in St. Andrews! The past few weeks have been a true ‘yogic’ lesson for me about impermanence and remaining unattached to whatever challenges arise on our path. The deeper I go in my own personal practice and in my teaching, the deeper my faith in the Ashtanga yoga system grows. The energy of the practice remains the same no matter where we roll out our mats. The support and dedication of all my wonderful students have been a great source of inspiration for me – thank you all!

On another note, many of you have been enquiring about the upcoming weekend retreat from May 18th-20th. I’m excited to announce that my assistant, Rory has recently qualified as an official mountain guide and he’ll be taking us on guided hikes in magical Glendalough and the Glenmalure Valley. The weekend will be the perfect combination of Ashtanga yoga and hill walking leaving you feeling fully rejuvenated! We’ll be keeping the group small to ensure everyone gets lots of individual attention and guidance. Weekend Retreat in Mucklagh House, Wicklow from May 18th-20th 

Escape for a weekend of Ashtanga yoga, guided mountain hikes and amazing organic vegetarian food deep in the Wicklow woods. This weekend retreat will be a deep immersion in traditional Ashtanga yoga consisting of morning mysore style classes, afternoon hikes in Glendalough and the Glenmalure Valley with our mountain guide, Rory and evening guided meditation classes. The retreat centre is a peaceful haven with shared en-suite accommodation and delicious organic vegetarian food.

6.30 – 7.30pm: Dinner
