As always, it’s great to see the early morning and evening Mysore classes so busy!

It’s SO hard to get students to transition from Led classes to Mysore classes but once you experience the magic of Mysore style practice there’s no going back…. however, weekly led classes enable you to learn the correct Vinyasa system which helps you flow through your practice more fluidly. Our Shala schedule is currently all Mysore classes and the weekly Led Classes will start again after the Summer…

In the meantime, I’ll be teaching two special Ashtanga Vinyasa Workshops on Saturday, July 29th focusing on the dynamics and breakdown of this system – a must for all Mysore practitioners!

Spaces are limited to ensure lots of individual attention, hence advance booking is requested.

Scroll down below for full details and let me know if you would like to book your space…

See you at the Shala,

Gillian x
